Blue sky on the West coast.
A bit like the Scottish Summer, it is a fleeting experience around the coast and islands. It’s a ‘four seasons in one day’ kind of place. In the middle, Tarbert. Either side is the village of Ardrishaig, the left overlooking Loch Gilp, the right on the Crinan Canal. Barely a 20 minute drive between the two, and in the space of four hours, it went from a sunny Autumn day, to just above freezing, and finishing off with a hail storm.
